Qualifying Items:

Unworn, items in perfect condition (no deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, smells, etc) with tags and liner still attached, may be exchanged for FREE within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Click here to access the Exchange/Store Credit portal.
  • Frequently Asked: Order numbers (5 digits) are only listed on your email confirmation.
  • From this portal, select multiple items in your order together for a round of new sizes, store credit- or both. After making your selections, print out the postage label and attach to your return package. (There should only be one shipping label for your entire return).
  • Next, drop off the package your local USPS. Once the Postal Service marks your package's status 'In Transit', we will ship your new size within 24 hours, or for store credit, you will receive instant credit via the email address associate with the order.

Promo codes used on your original order are not applicable to be used again on a new order unless it's still valid. A second round of size exchanges requires a fee for a new shipping label.

International Duties & Taxes
Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included in the price at checkout. Wave Babe cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import and our company has no control over any customs or duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info or use  simpleduty.com/import-calculator. We do not personally have the ability to estimate taxes and duties before delivery. Canadian customers can use this link to estimate Duty & Taxes.

A Duty is a tariff payable on imported goods. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the Government. The rates of duty are established by the Department of Finance and can vary significantly from one product to another and one country to another. There may be additional fees upon delivery beyond taxes and duties. 

There is a one-hour window after an order is placed for edits to be made from the Thank You Page. After that time, we print our shipping labels to the exact address the customer has entered at checkout. We are not responsible for any changes after the order has been fulfilled by our warehouse.

A customer can notify us of the issue, but if the package has already been shipped, you may need to contact USPS customer service or their local USPS with their tracking info to try and redirect or hold package at their local post office. 

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will acquire a shipping fee to re-send the package to the corrected address.

Occasionally, a package will be marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found. Make sure to check your front office or other places it may be. Most of the time, the package was incorrectly marked delivered too early by your driver and the package will show up the following business day, or is with a neighbor and will show up shortly after. Please contact us if it has been 2 business days since your order was marked delivered.

Wave Babe is not responsible to replace/refund lost or stolen packages without Route Insurance that have been confirmed delivered by tracking. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage and can open a case through the USPS website.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

Listed shipping times are a standard guide and may vary based on the destination and may also be minorly delayed during major holidays or severe weather conditions. Delays are out of our control and customers must wait patiently for their order to arrive.

If you need your order by a certain date, make sure to select Priority or an Express Shipping at checkout.

Once a packages reaches your country, the original shipping service may hand off your package to the local postal service to complete the delivery. In this case, you can find the new tracking number on your original tracking link.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

WAVE PRODUCT FAQ

Hand-wash or Machine-wash your Wave Babe bikinis in a lingerie/mesh bag on the cold delicate setting. Clear colored detergent is preferred, but not necessary. You may dry on the lowest setting, or lay flat to dry, preferably out of the sun. To extend the life of your bikini, we recommend rinsing immediately after swimming.

We are constantly working to evolve and improve our fit based on customer feedback. It's possible that a previous style may came back with a very slight update to the size -or- shade of color due to unavoidable changes in dye.

Occasionally when in a hot climate, the sticker liner can leave a little residue on your bikini bottoms. You can remove this by using rubbing alcohol and a clean white rag. Let air dry. If you are still having trouble please contact us.

Our shimmer fabric is extremely special and needs to be loved and have extra care taken with it. As this shimmer fabric is delicate, avoid rough surfaces like rocks & pool edges, to minimize snagging, and please be careful when wearing jewelry and bags as this special fabric can catch.

If you find yourself with a snag: Pull the fabric in all directions around the snag and it will likely go right back into place. You can also snip a small, out-of-place snag. It will not cause unraveling.
