Qualifying Items:
Unworn, items in perfect condition (no deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, smells, etc) with tags and liner still attached, may be exchanged for FREE within 14 days of delivery.
- Click here to access the Exchange/Store Credit portal.
- Frequently Asked: Order numbers (5 digits) are only listed on your email confirmation.
- From this portal, select multiple items in your order together for a round of new sizes, store credit- or both. After making your selections, print out the postage label and attach to your return package. (There should only be one shipping label for your entire return).
- Next, drop off the package your local USPS. Once the Postal Service marks your package's status 'In Transit', we will ship your new size within 24 hours, or for store credit, you will receive instant credit via the email address associate with the order.
Promo codes used on your original order are not applicable to be used again on a new order unless it's still valid. A second round of size exchanges requires a fee for a new shipping label.
